1 Introduction & Definitions

Crikiya (hereinafter referred to as the "Platform", "we", or "us") is an international online gaming and Sports Betting platform. These Terms and Conditions constitute a legally binding agreement between Crikiya and all of its registered members.

2 Account Registration

• Money laundering or channelling illicit funds through the platform
• Depositing or withdrawing using third-party payment methods
• Harassing other members or attempting to damage the platform

Crikiya reserves the right to investigate any suspicious activity and may report it to the relevant authorities if necessary.

9 Account Closure & Suspension

Crikiya may temporarily suspend or permanently close a member's account in the following circumstances:

• Any breach of these Terms and Conditions
• Failure to pass KYC verification or providing false information
• Direction from legal or regulatory authorities
• If an account has been inactive for an extended period (12 months or more)
• At the member's own request
